FAQ

Twelve expanded answers on compliance, travel, education, and commercial terms. Legal or tax specifics still need licensed professionals.

How soon must I enter Thailand after Elite approval?
Follow the letter you receive from the authority; windows vary. Forward it to your advisor within 24 hours so we can reschedule stamping, air tickets, and hotel buffers.
Can I work remotely in Thailand on Elite?
If employment and tax remain offshore and activities resemble business visits, counsel must review days and duties. Local payroll usually requires a work permit—do not self-diagnose.
What if golf is rained out?
We apply the club’s closure policy and your contract terms, then cascade changes to drivers and hotels so you are not calling three vendors.
Do you guarantee school admission?
No. We structure information and logistics; schools decide admission. Be wary of anyone selling “guaranteed seats”.
Corporate invoicing?
Yes where compliant—Thai-entity VAT invoices, FX references, and milestone billing can be arranged.
Emergencies?
Dial local emergency services first. After-hours travel coordination is for contracted VIP clients with the duty roster we issue at signing.
Which translations are needed?
Whatever the filing authority demands—often certified EN/TH or EN/ZH pairs. Mainland documents may need apostille or consular chains.
Dependents?
Birth certificates, custody papers, passports, photos. Divorced families need an unbroken custody narrative.
Multiple visa types?
Disclose everything upfront; conflicting filings can break a profile.
PDF vs advisor memo?
Official rules and your written memo win over marketing PDFs.
Walk-in meetings in Bangkok?
By appointment; peak seasons prioritise contracted clients.
Escalations?
Email your lead advisor with facts and copy compliance (address in welcome pack); acknowledgement within two business days.
